About Dinesh

A career built around helping people grow.

From industry experience to the training room, every chapter has shaped a practical and deeply human approach to development.

Where experience meets purpose

Dinesh Jayawardana is a Trainer, a Coach, and an Author with more than two decades of professional experience. As an Everest Base Camp Conqueror (5,364m above MSL) and having achieved a personal best at Kalapatthar Peak, Nepal (5,644m above MSL), he brings the same resilience, discipline, and grit from extreme high-altitude mountaineering into his professional leadership and coaching.

His work is grounded in a simple belief: people grow faster when learning feels relevant, respectful, and immediately useful.

Across thousands of programmes, he has worked with professionals at different stages of their careers—from first-time supervisors and customer-facing teams to experienced managers and organisational leaders. This wide exposure allows him to understand the pressures people face, navigate complex challenges with a steady hand, and translate high-level strategies into practical, everyday actions.

A style that brings people into the conversation

Dinesh’s sessions combine clear frameworks, stories, discussion, reflection and application. Rather than delivering information at an audience, he creates an environment where participants can connect the learning to their own reality.
